Fordham Road Sears Store
In the early eighties, Salt, Pepa, Kid, Play, Martin Lawrence and Hurby Luv Bug all worked on the phone banks here at the Fordham Road Sears Store.

Salt N Pepa's original hit, an answer to the Doug E. Fresh/Slick Rick song The Show, was The Showstopper . It was played on the Saturday night show out of Medgar Evers College radio, where I first heard it.
